Paolina Amaretto

The Amaretto Liqueur, known in Italy since the XVIth century, has undergone various changes in the manufacturing formula. One of these variations advises to brew in pure alcohol an ensemble of herbs, which includes also wormwood and gentian. Sometimes an orange peel is added, but its main feature is determined by the bitter almonds.
The Amaretto Paolina is a typical Italian liqueur, brewed using the best ingredients.
You can taste it straight or on ice, and it is an excellent base for numerous cocktails.
It is also used for cooking as an ingredient for sweets and desserts.
The Amaretto Paolina has an alcoholic strength of 25% vol.
